This Barbie doll is designed after her cartoon counterpart in the DVD movie My Scene Goes to Hollywood, where the gang are all cast as extras in a glamorous Hollywood movie. Dressed for the red carpet, Barbie wears sequined purple pants with a lacy gold camisole and a purple tweed fur-trimmed coat. Platform sandals, distinctive jewelry, and movie-star shades complete her look. Barbies accessories include a directors chair, a laptop, movie magazines, popcorn, and a wardrobe trunk filled with various cosmetics and jewelry. Barbie also comes with a second outfit that lives up to her newfound celebrity status: a black strapless dress printed with teal and purple butterflies, a black velvet wrap to cover the shoulders, and an alternate pair of platform sandals.
